Cost Includes

Meet and assist at service at airports /Railway stations and assisted transfers by a private coach or chauffeur-driven car. Few hotels/ resorts may provide a courtesy transfer.

Accommodation : We guarantee the accommodation in standard rooms , unless otherwise specified, in the hotels mentioned in the itinerary or similar depending on the availability. Premium category rooms can be availed at a higher cost upon availability.

Meals : All our tours are on bed and breakfast basis, except on houseboats and game parks where full board is included.

Sightseeing : For all sightseeing listed in the itinerary arrangements are there for local English-speaking guides and your entrance/ admission fee to monuments and other places of interest.

Safaris & game viewing : For all safaris and game drives you will be escorted with a naturalist which will be arranged in shared jeeps.

Domestic flights : Economy class tickets will be arranged for you inland travel subject to availability otherwise super fast trains will be confirmed as alternative.

Cost Excludes

Visa fee : For travel to India and Nepal visa is essential. Upon request we provide you the application forms along with your holiday booking and assist you in obtaining the visas with a service charge.

Airport taxes : Normally airport taxes are collected in advance, but in some cases taxes may have to be paid by you locally which will be informed to you.

Camera fee : There is a fee for using cameras into monuments and other places of interest and game parks which you can pay locally. Personal expenses. Like meals not included in our meal plan , drinks( soft or hot), laundry, telephone, shopping, are not included in our cost

International flights: For Special seasonal fare , Please consult with our travel consultants.
